Topic Title
- A brief summary of the bug.
- A screenshot if the bug is location related. (Add a screenshot to your forum post by uploading the image to an image hosting site, clicking the image icon in the text editor and adding the image URL)
- A video of the bug whenever possible.
- Summary: Describe the observed issue in one or two sentences.
- Steps to Reproduce: Include a step-by-step reproduction of how the bug appeared.
- Frequency: How many times out of how many attempts did the bug appear.
- Severity: Rate the bug's severity on a scale of 1 (Showstopper) to 3 (Polish).
- 1 – Showstopper: The game is unplayable (Ex: Crash when transitioning to LastEco. Failed to Sync account. Network Disconnection.)
- 2 – Functional Defect: A given feature is broken (Ex: Voice Chat not working.)
- 3 – Polish: Cosmetic, something looks bad, or a tweak to an existing feature (Ex: Unlocalized text. Missing image in UI)
- 1 – Showstopper: The game is unplayable (Ex: Crash when transitioning to LastEco. Failed to Sync account. Network Disconnection.)
- System Specs: List your OS, RAM, GPU, router, and modem.
- Server Name: If possible, include the server name you were on where the bug occurred. (Located in the upper left of the scoreboard)
- Time: Include the time when the bug occurred (include time zone as well).
- Additional Notes: List any additional notes about the bug.
- Include your DxDiag.txt if your bug is related to crashes, poor performance, or other video errors. (To get this type “dxdiag” in your Windows search window. Launch the dxdiag.exe and click Save All Information in the lower right. Attach the .txt file to your report)
- If you receive a crash, provide as much information as you can when filling out the crash report! Please include your name/callsign here. Then, Ctrl+V into notepad to get the crash URL. When you make a bug report here, include this crash URL with your report.
