Here's a general rule to help you determine the right forum for your thread:

• If my thread is about something happening with the game and may be happening for other players as well, it belongs in the Bug Reports forum.
  
• If my thread is about something happening with my account, my installation, or my computer, it belongs in the Support forum.

Most of the assistance you will receive in these forums is from players who are kind enough to take time out of their day to help other players.  Players who need formal assistance are encouraged to contact the Customer Support team either by clicking the "SUPPORT" button at the top of the page or by going into our Customer Support page and clicking "New".
