Where can I find it_ I played during the event like the email told me to, and I don't know where to find my Emblem!

Alpha/beta rewards and Emblems aren't ready yet. Or, rather, the Hawken inventory system isn't ready yet. It's mech-specific only, and there is currently no system for account-wide inventory. It's being worked on by the devs.
