How long does it take to get or receive an answer from support_

Still getting the same error "Syncing Account Failed, The Meteor Server is Unreachable"

As well as when I try to connect to matchmaking I am getting "Find Match Failed, Could not find any servers matching the request"

Just wanting to play, and im a sitting duck right now with no forward progress.

Is it their end or mine_

Thank you in advance.

P.s. Ive had a ticket in for over 5 hours now with no response.

Did you check your firewall and stuff like that_ the servers have worked all day.
It is Friday night. Um try cycling the router and modem_ If it is Syncing Account for more then 60 seconds it is most times not going to work, just restart the game and try again.

No no..
This is what happens.
I log in from Launcher.
I get into game.. Same tutorial chick pops up every time.
I can see my mech and all the gadgets involved with it. After i place a point into the Optimize tree.
I then hit play and the first error appears. "Syncing Account Failed" that is the major issue i think..
After which I go to matchmaking and hit a game style. and get the Second error of "Find Match Failed"..
Im not sure what else to do..

Let me also update saying that when i first get into game and it does start the "Syncing account"...
That goes through.. Like i stated above it starts when i start speccing my mech

Depending on how busy support is, it could take 8 hours or longer for a reply.  Sorry, I'd help you if I could, but you'll have to wait for them to get back to you.  Thanks for being patient.

If your on USA East server, they have been pretty much dead lately, OR there is a connection problem on the server side.

Well, I have tried all Servers.. I think its all the new accounts which ar getting screwed up.

Furyst0ne, do you have any security software, such as Norton or Kaspersky, installed_

Also, keep in mind that this is, y'know, a free game. Waiting for a response is a pain, but once this's fixed, this'll be a minor blip that you don't look back at much. (Assuming that this can get sorted out, obviously.)

On top of the fact that i get this message in Support..

Welcome to the Hawken Hangar. Thank you for your patience while we worked on the “Server Unreachable” issue. The good news it we’ve fixed it and you are able to get in-game now.
You may have to log out of the game and launcher, and then restart the launcher..

Try this.

Go to DocumentsMy Games and rename the Hawken folder to HawkenBackup.

Uninstall Hawken completely and delete any leftover folders from the program directory (default is C:Program Files (x86)MeteorEntertainment).

Download and install Hawken. Run the launcher as Administrator. Cross your fingers.
