On my computer at work (which is no slouch) I am having what seems to be a similar issue of the secondary weapon just not firing, the primary fires fine. However I see a lot of people talking about logging in and out helping, its hard for me to tell because it seems like sometimes the weapon is doing damage and functioning but there is no animation, because I can see the hit reticle come up, and sometime I don't meaning I am not shooting anything. But only happens at work oddly enough, my home computer is fine. I would be happy to send my specs if someone cared =P
