I'm a big fan of the Assassin's Creed series.

Been using this name for years... I was playing a war game and I decided to be Infantry..... but I threw the Basic in front so people wouldn't expect much from me, LOL :P

This name goes on map/levels I create for games like Killing Floor and Red Orchestra...... after 6 years of using it, it has become a part of me.....

Endbringer was the name of a black dragon in one of my D&D campaigns that was responsible for destroying the world (ahhh....memories).

I've always liked the name even though most of the time I seem to be bringing about my own demise. I have this wierd "run guns blazing at a group of 3+ enemies" fetish I'm working on breaking.

I've been sporting the name since the first Unreal Tournament days back in '99. Got the handle from the music video "Extremis" featuring Gillian Anderson (from x-files), though I usually spell mine with a capital "X", or eXtremis.

Because it sounds so friggin cool.

HADOUKEN!!!!

HA DOO KEN!!!

Well, actually I came up with the name from the UK band, not necessarily from Street Fighter, despite the fact the game was nice and fun when I played it as a kid.

HD had to be done because some jerk took Hadouken already. Just ordered my Sapphire / AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB yesterday which is looking like it'll be an absolute BEAST with my Core i7-860; either way it prompted the HD from the 7850.

Fun and stuff. Looking forward to this game!

Awaiting his added post to this thread, however my buddy Ez would likely indicate he's easy to get into the sack. I prefer more to call him Ez to kill. We'll see.

No, it's a Fable reference.

I keep hearing about Preacher though. I really need to get around to reading that. Arseface looks like a badass.

Jmall is a combination of my first initial and part of my last name.

First name is John. First four letters of my last name is Mall. J + Mall = Jmall

Been using Cathan Eriol for years. Started about 30 years ago when my friends dad played DnD in college. He campaigned so long he started an entire family. He was a Paladin by the name of Olias Eriol. He had two sons, Camber and Cathan. In reality, he only had one son, so that is my buddy Camber, I became Cathan.

Mine I feel I earned. I was playing Crysis Wars with my friends and one of them is really really good. But I always seemed to jack his kills by getting the very last bullet in before he could. I did this so much he said OMG your Captain Kill-Jack and I left the game and created a new profile under the name Cpt. Kill-Jack. I had previously had a few different names but I came up with those from either parts of my computer or of different TV shows that I liked. But like I said I feel I earned the name Cpt. Kill-Jack from my friend and it has stuck ever since. It is who I am and now people are starting to copy it as Im a well known Moderator of World of Tanks and i have noticed some copies. But thats what happens when you become a public figure. So I made sure to have my Call sign reserved here a long time ago.

Kill-Jack: To jack ones kills or basically Kill steal.

Been using this one for over a decade. Definition:

1  : a vessel of a very refractory material (as porcelain) used for melting and calcining a substance that requires a high degree of heat

2 : a severe test

3 : a place or situation in which concentrated forces interact to cause or influence change or development <conditioned by having grown up within the crucible of Chinatown — Tom Wolfe>

It's also the name of the final test Marine Corps recruits must complete at the end of boot camp.

Mine is a mix of my first and last name.  I spelled it differently though so it's not a complete conversion, just the way it sounds.
