Hey kittens, I know what you mean in regards to the awkwardness that bubbles up because of this issue.  The thing is, it's best not to get too worked up over it and post threads.  Generally, the more casually I play off the fact I'm a girl the more people get their shiitake mushrooms together and focus on having fun.  If someone constantly accuses me of using a voice changer, bringing a girlfriend into the room, or being a 12 year old boy; I just tell them they're exactly right and they leave me alone.  One doesn't need verification from others to deem who or what they are.  Also, this is a funny time to post this topic as people are in the swell of server browser hell and have been on the look out for more coverage of that topic.  So yeah...we got quite a few grumps afoot!

I don't care if there are females or not. I just need to know if they are red on my HUD. If so then I kill them. Plus I am not surprised but I think others could be. You probably haven't guessed but I am twelve. I have never encountered someone in Hawken or on the forums who has been prejudice against me because I am young. I bet people would want you here too.
