hmmm. get rid of the Incin-Tech combo, lose a huge number of fanboys. including some BSB awesome pummeling, including some incidiary/napalming by Xacius.

not a good idea. leave Incin alone.
And Tech_ Buff it aggressively. It's disgusting what ADH has done to the original Beast, at the behest of the community whiners.
