As far as I know from videos and interviews, the Hawken team want to incorporate clans and easy ways to play with friends. So my guess there will be some sort of clan matches or people making their own game rooms. Thanks for the thoughts so far!

i like the idea. and if anything the ideal of it not being stuck to clans and there routine. im not young anymore doesn't suit me. jumping in proving your a killer is just about the best idea. and if wandering guns get a name for itself and people who cant fill a whole teams ask for assistance then that's just a bonus. they and there isn't anything stopping us playing in matches together if we so choose.

Couln't of said it better myself I wanted this idea, this orginization to have as much freedom as possible.
When the game is fully released I plan to have some indication of service records next to ppls names. I want it to show skill only in a positive light. So maybe how many mechs downed or matches won or a combination of both. What do you guys thing_
Also if there's a sig maker in here, that would be helpfull as that isn't one of my talents

And if you don't understand what it's for. Say you have a COD4 team (Yes some of us are old enough to remember playing on Gamebattles with that game), you usually have six players per team and the day of an event one member drops out and says he can't make it. Most teams would try to convince the other team to only use 5 member which they don't have to. Or they would call around and find a friend that could play that was all right but not great. Our "Clan" had eight members so we didn't have to worry about this. But the idea is instead of just calling a friend you can call one of these guys and get a competitive player if you want one or a chill player if you wan't one. Or some of us are all good just being called for kicks and giggles to play.

Hope this helped clear this up to anyone that was unsure if they wanted to be put here.

I must say that how this group is shaping up I am most proud of. And is red the official color now_ Well w.e it is I like it! One day I will get a sig made and use it if you want =P My speech has been a little... off. Too much Doctor Who is a short time

That is the reason why i thought it would be a good idea. Gosh guys lol. and hopefully i can find people to play against who are the same skill level as me. I either always get grouped with a bunch of 1337 gamers or a bunch of people who don't care. That said i die more often than not.... T.T i do tend to get good streaks every now and then, mostly assists out the ass.

Man this is a good idea, I really like it. And don't mind the people asking questions, their just trying to be condescending. What would really be cool is if you could actually get paid like an actual Merc.

Very neat and handy idea.  Definitely sign me up for this, as with the game so early in its stages (and my own personal preference atm, Lol) I'm not too open to the idea of committing myself to a clan just yet.  Wouldn't mind offering some spare arms to those that need it, though.
