Greetings pilots,

You've probably noticed that we've been experiencing ongoing issues with connectivity.  Our Operations and Engineering teams are looking into the issue.

If and when additional information becomes available, this thread will be updated to ensure our players are kept up to date regarding these ongoing problems.

Players may be impacted by a number of issues, including:

[*]Syncing problems
[/list]

[*]Matchmaking failures
[/list]

[*]Delay in MC deliveries for players who have purchased them.
[/list]

[*]In-game purchasing failures
[/list]

[*]UI discrepancies with your in game wallet (i.e. 0 MC or HC, when you should have X)
[/list]

[*]Broken/Missing CR-T for new players.
[/list]

[*]Code Redemption issues
[/list]

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we continue to work on solving this issue.

In the development update on 11/19/13, Producer Jason Hughes shared this piece of information.

As a result of the work being done to solve these ongoing problems, game services may have to be interrupted from time to time. We will make sure to communicate to our players as quickly as possible when these events occur.

Good to see it's taken care of. People know now, they are not alone with this issue.
Maybe one out of fifteen attempts to join actually work. Didn't we have this issue in the past already_

Hi all,

Is the issue with "Run out of video memory" + crash to desktop during a game related to these on-going connectivity troubles_
I know I'm running an old rig, but have not had this sort of trouble with Hawken before.

Go ahead and try renaming or deleting your HAWKEN folder in DocumentsMy Games .  If that doesn't work, go ahead and submit a ticket.  

If you are ever on the fence of whether or not something is related to a known issue, the best action is to submit a ticket.  You're not bothering us, that's what we are here for.  We'd rather tell a player to "Follow this thread" than to have someone running into issues that they don't report that we can try and help them with.

Umm...what_ I just played with you today and you had a level 25 Raider.

You start off with a CRT. Are you maybe thinking of the Predator_
