Probably, since 1 dollar is about 7,5 Norwegian kroner (cheap) last time I checked I would most likely do so.
I`ll fix it later.

Absolutely. (Look at my profile pic) I buy a lot of stuff for my mechs, and I would buy a lot more if it was a little cheaper. Maybe not a flat dollar - I understand development costs - but bringing prices down would allow me to buy more stuff for more of my mechs.

On the flipside, I don't care how much these things cost because: the game is free in the first place, and its an indie developer/publisher, so I know all my money is going to paying the bills and improving the game I love to play.

Stuff should be at least cheaper since it only unlocks on one mech, I would love to have the CLR-RED camo for my mechs, but i dont wanna pay $5 for every mech to be red, I'd rather buy a mech for $5 and go without the red camo

May I be the first to say:

EVERYTHING FOR FREE!

I think the devs just had a mini heart attack...

I've paid my dues, and I'm not buying anything else until this game is finished.

Hawkens player pop isn't perfect that's for damn sure, and it could be argued it's been seeing a downward trend but if you want to compare games to see how Hawken stacks up check out Loadouts player stats. Very interesting. That game's taken a HUUUUGE dive. Hawken's gone down as well, but its been relatively consistent as of late, meanwhile other games like Loadout continue to tank hard. Hawken's riding the line, hopefully it can keep it's head above the water and eventually begin to grow. The devs need to figure out what they need to do with Hawken and just get the game out before no one cares about it anymore, I feel we're close to that who cares about Hawken anymore phase, then death.

Firefall started recently on steam and has 6000+ players.
Hawken is way better and steadily dwindled to less than 600.

This next patch needs VOIP and stellar content to turn it around.

To be successful, it's going to need more than that. I'm talking full content update, ie improving existing maps.

The only way I see to improve the existing maps is to remove invisiwalls and Blue walls thus allowing players to explore roof tops. Also expanding the maps to the true boundaries and create permanent boundaries excusive to the perimeter. Anything within the map limits should be accessible and fair game.

People want to explore; Let them. It keeps the game interesting. Keeps battle unpredictable and fresh.
I don't care who disagrees with me.
They shoot down the idea of rooftop warfare; but by listening to them we are losing players.
Time to take a stand and improve the game to the point we grow.
