I use XBox360 joypad LH, mouse RH. jump/boost/navigate/detonator + fire/ability/scope quick or simultaneous, no fingertangle.
i have 5 button ambidextrous mouse, #4 left thumb #5 right thumb (and that's what the Engrish directions say...)

I tried using the double-tap option for a while but it became too cumbersome in matches outside of bot TDM...

This is actually a project of mine right now... I started a topic in the "off-topic" subforum just for that and to learn the limitations i'm bound to...
(on an aside... of your sticks control like tracks of a tank, how would you aim up and down_)

nice eye i didnt think bout aiming haha, mabey motioncap or the oculus rift, or if im feelin poor hack in some kinda analog stick or somethin for that

sry im very bad with unreal engine and  too lazy to fingure it out for now. Can someone tell me if i can hack the config file to have both doubletap and shiftboost.
i like to have them all.
Is it possible to bind a combination of keys to an action_
for example, to remove the modifier shif key and use double tap, but map Shift(i use space tho)+W to boost forward
Shift+A to dodge left and so on_
should be fairly simple if possiblile
