I get an error when i go to the alpha 2 url. Can someone please tell me what to do_

I have got this email today:

When i go to that URL i get the following Error:

No Button on the website anywhere. Tried with a clean browser with no cookies in a virtual machine.

Please advise.

did you log-in into the website first_
i mean, before you klicked on the link in the mail.

i think, this link just sends you to a page, where you have to sign a "non disclosure agreement" before you can go on installing.

as the site needs to be secured, that not everyone can simply enter the install procedure, i think, you have to be logged in first, to proof your legitimation for the alpha.

just give it a try.

Seriously, do you think... never mind.

Yes, it takes you to the error page when you are logged in. If you are not logged in it asks you to log in.

just tried again and all i get is 502 BAD GATEWAY

I did not receive a Key at all. Just the email in the OP. Now, this might have been a mistake or they forgot to include the Key.

Yes, I checked my Spam Folder.

I have the feeling it was a mistake and we are not actually invited to Alpha 2. Definitely seems that way.

i agree buddy ive had nothing from support

just to be sure: did you also try a different webbrowser_
and maybe also try it on a different pc_
(you can copy the initial installer-file to your gaming pc afterwards)

if this all won´t help, you either were informed accidentally, or you´re in the alpha, but your access-privileges to the forum weren´t setup properly. (which only can be corrected by some admin/mod/support member)

I am not using any other browser or going to install one. I also don't see what this has to do with the PC.

Something is broken on their end, they just sent me another email and i already ahve my callsign and everything.

Same thing here. Tried it in both Firefox and IE, no luck. This sucks, I was so excited to finally be in.

I am in the same boat. I sent an email to support though. We'll see what happens.

Same here...downloaded etc, then when I hit the launch button I get an error message. no word from support yet and its 4 days later

funny thing... email no. 1 looks familiar to me, klicking the link is the first necessary step to "happiness and beauty".

email no. 2 says, you haven´t even setup your account properly yet or entered all the needed info so far.

the idea about a different browser and/or pc was because of the mentioned "502 bad gateway" error, which can be caused due to faulty routing, too. but no need to try ideas, you don´t wanna try. no problem.

then support will be your last chance, it seems.

und nimm dir mal ne anonyme mail-adresse, "herr 1000".
