Got same message and having problems aswell as im not able to download client getting:

Hah i were desperate and was watching hawken videos from hawken offical site and suddenly i saw that  "Enter Alpha" green box appeared under Hawken logo at top left corner instead of "Enlist" and i were able to accept NDA agreement to download client. Mybe timing were just right and they fixed this issue ^^
