Can anybody tell me how to take a screenshot in Hawken_ Prt Scr only brings up a black screen for me. Need to know so I can help explain better a GUI annoyance of mine.

I do it by not playing it in Fullscreen mode.
Uncheck the fullscreen mode option in Options.
You should be able to screenshot after this.

F10 works too.
