that, and they've got people who worked on shows like samurai jack, johnny bravo, dexter's laboratory, etc. working on it as well.

i loved all of those. and foster's is about the last thing i really loved on cartoon network before they completely messed up their content with junk. the regular show is mildly amusing occasionally, but other than that...

If I had to pick a favorite cartoon from CartoonNetwork, it would probably be Samurai Jack.

One of the five elements that build the Earth, o great creator of flames. The light of salvation that gives birth to life, the light of judgment that punishes evildoers. While bringing peace and stability at the same time, it also destroys the cold and dark misfortune. Fire is the name, sword is the title! Show yourself, swallow thyself, turn it into power!

On a completely unrelated note, (well not completely) who here has read and finished Fallout Equestria AND Past Sins and reads My Little Caboose and finished Anthropology and is now reading Past Sins again (season 2 revision) and now starting on Fallout Equestria: Project Horizon_ (don't ask how I have that much free time)

I may not be into the feet thing, but I'm pretty sure I'd watch that on principle.

I agree on the Grimdark level of Fallout: Equestria. I think it might be more Grimdark than the REAL Fallout.
Also, if you have the time, I really recommend reading Past Sins. It's so well written, it should be part of the show. No joke. Though prepare to shed manly tears because it gets SAD. Like My Little Dashie sad, times 10.

So out of curiousity, what is it about robots that makes Bronies crawl out of the woodwork_ Between this here and the one on MWO I'm noticing a distinct pattern.

Also: Is there a group full of obnoxiously cheerful pastel ponies with a mumble/teamspeak yet_

Even though we watch a show about Pastel Colored Ponies, we're still men and men love Giant Mechs blowing up other giant mechs.

Hmm, I never understood the brony thing. I always liked the good cartoons, like Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, and yes I think MLP is a good quality series. Why this particular show to launch such an obsessive fan base_ Not like it's harmful or anything, I'm just curious :P

well a lot of it i think is the community, which is a lot more in depth than the followings of other shows. ive seen this community make things that others have never made, or if they have made it it hasn't even hardly been comparable. that makes it a more enjoyable experience, and in turn pulls more people in. however, i couldn't tell you WHY the community is different for this show. it just is.

also YAY megas xlr

I'm willing to tangentially relate myself to threads like these just because it's nice to see something embraced that isn't Gears of War level manly man material. But there are definitely folks out there who take it WAY too far. I don't actually watch the series much, but it's still pretty decent. Especially compared to some of the trash that gets marketed to girls.
