Now that the Corsair KLA has a rate of fire increase, how do you Raider pilots like it_

It didn't change much, only makes the raider overheat faster, so you need to take a bit more care with heat management.

The reload animation is a little off, just like TOW.

Played against a team of 3x raider and 3 x scout last night

Animation is the same, but hold down fire and it's definitely 2.75 seconds.

Much more forgiving of missed shots in combat now.

Running directly to/from sniper fire means you'll die tired. Taking cover gives (Ke-)Sabot time to reload.

Just bought a Raider. Its fun and beasty.

Going from Predator to Raider is just loltastic.

Don't go by animation, go by the indicators.

It really haven't changed my gameplay at all on my part. It still feels like old good Corsair on my part. To heat generation I think somebodies are just being too hasty with the triggers.

I love it. The damage  nerf is insignificant and my ability to consistently output damage in a fight improves by leaps. The heat generation should also be adjusted, though.

Only noticing heat issues when using MIRV outside of close/point-blank range, Grenade mode is much more useful with the shorter reload.
Running directly to/from sniper fire means you'll die tired. Taking cover gives (Ke-)Sabot time to reload.

I love the new KLA. Sure, it doesn't have as much instagibbiness (yes, I just made that up), but with aim as bad as mine, the faster reload time is definitely something I appreciate. Now, if you miss a MIRV, you're not totally screwed over like you used to be.
