Don't know how long you've been a pilot, so I'll venture to say you're rather new to the planet. Illal's a dangerous place, so always be prepared for the unexpected.
Again, welcome. And seriously, gear up. Three hours, and we're due for deployment to Praxis, so make sure your respiration system is running one hundred percent.

It seems all these other pilots are forgetting something.
as a mech pilot you must ensure to follow this on tip - it will be the one thing that will save your life, on and off the battlefield:
always have a fresh pair of clean socks on.

and only drink the coffee from a ceramsteel cup - that stuff will eat straight through any other material.
