I've had the game for about 3 or 4 days now and had no problems until tonight, whenever I click play and try to use match making to join any game mode (even co-op) it's not letting me connect. The queue finds a match then counts down from 10 like always, then after 10 the button just says play and nothing happens. Won't let me join from server browser, either.

Was able to join just fine yesterday and the days before.

I had this problem the other day as well, think it took a full game restart to correct but that may have just been a coincidence.

I restarted Steam but it didn't fix it.

Try waiting up to a minute.

I had something similar happen to me recently. After about 45 seconds it would actually connect me to a match (if room was still available) and would kick me at the end of the match when switching maps every time. The solution was to rename the Hawken folder in my My Games folder. There are other possible solutions though, which you can find on the Hawken Support page by clicking the link in the top right corner of the forums.

What did you rename the folder to_

I searched on support but I'm not really sure what to look for. "Queues not working" didn't come up with anything, and all the typical connection issues seem to only apply if you can't log in or start the game to begin with.

Anything. I just renamed it to "Hawken Backup"

sometime it's happen ............i had this problem 2/3 month before

My fix for everything; join an offline training match, then it should work.
