Very recently I've gotten a huge increase in the amount of rubberbanding I receive while on US East servers. I live in NY, and my ping has usually been about 16, but within the past several days it's been a solid 35. I rubberband pretty consistently some games, whether I'm just walking from place to place, or worse, in an actual fight. I don't know if this is a common issue, but it's reminiscent of the days when I would play over a wifi connection.

I noticed it too a few days ago when the supposed server switch was happening.  Its intermittent but still happening to me.

100_ Played with 240 for about 9 months, and recently with 165 until the past weeka as my ping now is 140.

Guys, the ping clearly isn't the issue that I'm talking about. It's additional information.
The issue is that even with this ping I am teleporting and rubberbanding around the map to the point that it's unplayable.

It seriously sounds like an ISP issue. I'd sit down and monitor your bandwidth usage for tampering for about an hour doing things like streaming, downloading, etc.

yeah, I had a very big. um dunno what to call it. the closest thing I could call it is a rollback. on last eco I went behind a rock to heal and as I was almost full in armor I shot out some 200 yards back to where I was at the armor I was at when I was fleeing just standing up from healing and I died.
