Hey man don't worry, lots of players think the Scout is OP because they can't hit for fuzzy bunny, but anyone who plays it knows how much of a glass cannon it is.

It is OP as hell.  That being said...the HP amount is fine.  It used to be retardedly high at like 445 hp or so.  Also the failsafe used to take away 90% of self damage so all we had were a bunch of YOLO scouts who would just charge you and TOW+flak at ridiculously close ranges.  

Things that make it OP:

Same damage as a brawler (flak+TOW) coupled with a higher heat capacity, faster dodge cool down and fast walk and boost speeds.  They ought to get rid of the big flak on it and give it something like the Hawken RPR.  But whatever.  Its got a small model that is hard to hit on top of being fast.  I don't have a problem with fast mechs if there is a tradeoff.  Simple lack of HP is not enough of a tradeoff all the time.

I do think for the most part it is in a much more balanced state than it was in the past.

People are too impatient when they fight scouts and that ends up being their death. That being said.. Whenever I get impatient in my scout, I end up being the scrap heap... e~e"

Am i the only one, who has no problem killing scout_ I kill scouts as brawler. It's not a big deal. You just play "think fast" with him. It works something like this: you roll around the corner("Surprise, motherf*cker!") and shoot his face. Boom. If he reacts fast he lives. If not... well, it was good watching his last seconds.

My brawler IS fat. It's also lazy. He doesn't seek for fight, 'cos fight will come to him. Eventually. One day. And i'm complete opposite of him. That's why i like it. It breakes my mentality, my game style. But i somehow manage to enjoy it.

I don't know if you edited the video in any way or how your recording settings are regarding audio. But I assume that this is the naked Hawken audio stream just compressed. That means your audio settings within Hawken are faulty. Look here:
