It's a problem for everyone, the servers are being basically flooded with logins so it'll be hard to get in one. Just keep trying you'll eventually get one.

Yeah, looks like everyone is having the problem. it is a closed beta after all, and the game looks awesome. haha. Maybe the servers just aren't ready for us yet, i'm sure we can get more games going but it only shows like 20 or so.

Same thing just happend to me as well all matches Latency set to 0 and regardless of occupants or lack there of i can not join a single game.

SE USA, same problem.  Got into one game, crash to desktop, brought it back up and started having this problem.

US East, same problem. Almost got into a game, then failed to connect to host. Otherwise, failed to join game. Sadness.

Just to report the bug properly, I'm going to add my rig's hardware and OS

Rig: CPU Intel c2d E7500, GPU nVidia GeForce GTS 250, 5120MB DDR2 RAM (800MHz Bus)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Network: DSL

And a short bug description:

The game starts properly, everything seems to run fine, Matchmaking and Server Browser report "Unable to join game" or "No match has been found"; unable to join at any given time.

Same here, US.  Mildly annoyed, but my Dark Souls DL is almost finished so meh.

I'm in the west part of the US. I'm having the same exact error.

Just refresh and try connect to all servers... I connected like 4 times in 5 minutes but in 3 of them i lost connection while loading screen. Be patient :]
