Would love for the Brawlers Twin Cannon to have a meatier barrel noises, so you can hear when the barrel being fired is different. Perhaps barrel one sounding different to barrel two.
slightly off topic: How have you got such clear footage / viewing_ Whenever I play I have a horrible orange filter to everything despite turning most of the graphical effects off like Blur etc.

For me, at least, the Point-D Vulcan sounded like an upgrade, which made the process of leveling up towards it seem very worthwhile That said, I actually think most of the weapons are pretty nice!
I'm not sure what's causing your OJ filter. I play with settings maxed, frame rate unlocked and record with Dxtory

Probably! My thinking is that it makes more sense to look for repair orbs and/or other mechs distracted by each other before thinking about repairing.

- It has the highest DPS in the game at 133 (for comparison, the SMC is 80 and the AR is 88)
- It's also the hottest weapon in the game, generating 10 hear per second
- That DPS is so high it still deals 1333 damage before overheating
- For comparison, the SMC, which is supposed to be a low heat weapon, only hits for 1200 damage before overheating (and it takes 50% longer to deal that damage)
There is one more thing counting against it: a 0.5 second warm up time. In the end, I wouldn't say the weapon is "omgwtfbbq what were they thinking" totally broken, but it could use a bit of toning down. Maybe just a bit more heat so its heat/damage ratio wasn't actually better than the weapon that is supposed to sacrifice damage for low heat...

Edited for Immie's post: Yeah, that (heat generated) would be the one thing I could see changed. It can't be bumped too much though.

Cheers for the analysis! Do you have a DPS/EHP spreadsheet going_
Not sure what I think about the Point-D Vulcan's balance. It definitely feels really powerful when you're on point, but as you mention, the warm up time is killer; a lot of my deaths come as a result of this. At 7:52 you can see me miss the warm up timing and go down because of it.

I'm not sure about other classes as I stuck solely to Assault, but yes, you unlock it when you reach level 20.

Credit to Screenbeat123 for alpha version, I edited it for beta and touched up a few things.
EDIT: Removed EOC repeater, I'm not 100% sure how it works and I'm pretty sure the original numbers were wrong.

Since I've stopped touching the tabs in the end game report my mech has been dropping far less experience. I still see resets back to zero but that only dumps the XP for that game rather than actually set me back to zero, as happened before. It's getting there.

Nice! I have a quick and dirty spreadsheet set up to make optimal internal part choices easier. Presumably things like spread, falloff, etc., are defined similarly. Would love to figure out how to represent all of this data—something similar to Symthic's Battlefield 3 reports.

Yes, I'm sure folks earned it, after level 20, but it's a buzzkill being slaughtered over and over again after a few-seconds burst.
Dial that fuzziest of bunnies back on the powermeter, por favor.
