Urm its 12:55 pm here in England and still cant download the manifest...

Is there somithnk wrong with the server/s or are they just late on booting it up_

The test begins at noon, Thursday, Pacific Standard Time. That's GMT-8. You will need to wait seven more hours.

No there is nothing wrong with the servers. However something maybe wrong with you unfortunatly. The servers will open at mid day, Caifornia time, which is - (minus) 8 GMT.. Being hour hours behind grenwitch mean time. Which is naturally +0. You living in the UK share this +0 timezone because as you should know grenwitch is in england. So for the beta to start for you it will be 8PM your time since 8PM minus 8 hours is midday california.
