You can get into the garage in CB3 now, and there are new mech types available.

The Scout swaps out the "mini flak" for the primary, the "flak" for the alt primary, and TOW rockets as a secondary.  Special ability quickly replenishes fuel.

For those that were playing Infiltrators, is this enough to sway you from your previous choice_  I'm honestly torn, but don't want to dump buckets of time into the beta when I know I love Infil.

I haven't been able to play an amazing amount of time the last few betas... What's changing this time around in regards to the infiltrator_ Also, did they balance the miniflak yet_

I think the scout and the infiltrator will be kicking it. I'm worried more about the berserker being left in the dust. Any berserker fans want to share some thoughts_

According to the numbers on the page(which are always flawed) mini-flak does 64 damage 2.5 times a second.

So yeah, it should be a little better.

It also looks like the Point D got a bit of a nerf. 12 damage with 8.3 hits a second. 99.6 dps.

Oh no,  trust me my friend, I'll be abusing the beserker just as much as I did in CB2, but with the return of my beloved bruiser, I may have a secondary now...
The Beserker caters towards the crowd that likes to do consistent damage, while the infiltrator and the scout cater towards those who like to do burst damage.

I can't give up my Vulcan for anything, being a bullethose is just too much fun.

I admit to being excited that I don't have to worry about point blanking a HEAT cannon in my own face.  That's pretty cool.  Where's the page with the numbers_

I think camo seems like it might outperform the fuel recovery system, although the latter means I might not have to dump so many points into movement on the infil.  I like my glass cannons bursty, so I'm not sure I'll swap.  We'll see.

The bruiser does look pretty ridiculous though.

It looks as if some guns took a nerfing if the numbers are in game are to be believed.
SMC doing around 70-something, AR around 80ish.
SA got a buff.

But again, not sure we can believe these numbers until the game goes live and everything is "current".

If you hover over the little bars in the mech shop/garage it shows exact numbers.

But they miss a lot of input for real damage values. For instance the Heat does different damage when charged and the EOC Repeater has both direct hit damage and explosion damage.

Run the executable and not the launcher. Should be around ...\MeteorEntertainment\Hawken\InstalledHawkenFiles\Binaries\Win32\HawkenGame-Win32-Shipping.exe

Poked my head into the game this morning, there where a few servers with people(I couldn't join any) and Meteor points got added along with CBE2 stat/mech wipe.

I have been away from my desktop since I went north for Thanksgiving. So I'm wondering, is the scout a light mech_
Because if so I will probably trade in my berserker for it. I always wanted a miniflak on my Berserker so that will work out nicely. Also I was never really a huge fan of the Weapon Damage ability.
