still no email for the beta key... got the redeem code done already

Hi, I still haven't got the beta key =( but I put in the redeem code already, reinstalled the beta launcher (today after the beta 3 release), downloaded 2 GB of update, and it says "access denied" at the end... never got an email for the beta key, never had a prompt to put in the key... please help any one _

redeem should be at the top right of this screen.
