Just curious. I know what the alpha reward and cupcake skins look like, but what about the others? I've heard a dragon skin mentioned, that sounds pretty sweet.

The chinese new years camos have that yellow ribbon on the side and the valentines and winter themed camos have a red ribbon on the side. The ribbons just appeared in the UI not on the mech itself.

Well, I'm not even sure if some of those were ever released before. The .zip file with these images was on the internet for more than a year or so and it includes the recently released rainbow pattern.

Yeah a bunch of those were never released. I'm not sure how those were even found.

Oh yes, there were a few special skins made for the Chinese new year ( Year of the Dragon ),- it kinda looked more like a Turkey with the way the scales looked like feathers, lol. There was a also a snow-flake skin for xmas one time- coincided with the winter last eco and winter Prosk maps. No pictures myself sadly, but a few can be found via google...

Nvidia skins? Wuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut. I'm curious what their purpose might have been. Or rather, how you would have earned them. Probably a promotion package if you bought a GPU or summat.

For some time Nvidia and the old company had a deal. Buy a Nvidia video card and you got MC and a tech. (usually a tech..arggghhh :(( ) The skin was for that I would assume but just never happened as far as I know. I built computers then and had tons and tons of MC. :D I also have 6 freakin techs.

 Naa, that NV skin ever was released or made available.  I don't recall who originally found it, but I do recall some of the complaints about how it wasn't fair to have something in game that was tied to a specific brand of hardware and not make it available to everyone.
