Chat Bug Issue Disconnect

When I am at work, for the most part, my chat stays connected. Periodically it might disconnect, but it is not too terribly common. When I am at home however, it disconnects within 3 seconds after connecting every single time. I cannot keep it connected for more than 3 seconds.

?I tried Ashfire's fix, but Pigon wont even stay connected long enough to send the command and receive a response.

 

Any ideas?
