I have begun to have a problem recently: anytime I run Hawken with Teamspeak open the FPS readout lies to me. The gauge is pegged at 145 fps, but the actual frame rate in game is quite clearly much lower. I would guess 30-45 fps. On closing TS, the game instantly gets buttery smooth.

Thinking back the only thing I could think of that I had messed with was my Intel IGPU, whose drivers I had installed so I could use quicksync. I uninstalled those drivers and it worked fine.

I'm not satisfied with this solution, however, as I would really like to be able to record with quick sync. Any ideas what I could do?

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

Like 15 times.

It actually seems to take some frames weather or not I have the intel drivers installed. The problem is just less pronounced.

AMD master race! Jkjk. What are your system specs. An Igpu typically has to take from the system memory. With so much going on there might be a clog. So. Your system is in fact getting those frames, but itvis unable to send that many frames back through the bus and off the board. It sounds like a bandwidth issue.

Also, put everything on your desktop into a folder in your documents tab, make sure overwolf is off, make sure any programs that aren't needed are off.

Overwolf is not installed. IGPU is disabled. Problem persists. DGPU drivers are up to date.

I have 347.88 installed. I'll give the 350.12 drivers a shot but they don't seem to have done anything besides GTAV specific optimizations in that patch.

I've loss of framerate due to TS3 as well.

I already run Low Graphics and Low Textures, and the only .ini file edit I've done is to remove some leaves on Last Eco.

Searches on Google've come up with no fixes.

I don't use any plugins on TS3.
