Looking at other games, they always seem to have a refer a friend feature. This provides bonuses to both the referrer and the referee.

 

So why not Hawken?

 

Just a small idea:

 

 - Referee gets some bonus HC to start off, maybe 3000? It'll lessen the grind feel even more

 - Referrer, assuming they are all high leveled veterans, get maybe 300MC or even 500MC? I wouldn't mind like 10,000HC       though

As a Veteran player the last thing I need is HC. MC would be pretty sweet though. All in all not a bad idea we would need more data on how successful those campaigns are in other games.

I wouldn't participate. I've told multiple people about Hawken already and non went as far as to even play the game, let alone get stomped.

I hope Reloaded takes a serious look at promoting Hawken via media outlets, and will consider revising the current implementation; the livestreamer hotspot page is a mess. I would rather wait a few more months for a promising release of new content, which should hopefully bring in a stable player base that the game can grow on.

i have a friends list i cull on a monthly basis for one reason; play once, never see again. yup.

but 1 in a hundred think this is a game gifted by Gawd, and ii am Jeezus.
