Heyllo Pilots, i just had a idea to post this since this is big news for all of us since we all use teamspeak 3.

Some people have figured how to change the Exe of the TS3 service to be able to feed malicious items into it.
In result of this alot of people are getting hacked.

It's not all that bad due to how the this works but here is a headsup

 if you want to join other servers , BE carefull

Here is how the "virus" works.

Upon joining a server and please remember that , after joining a server it may ask you to UPDATE.

This is the virus. Teamspeak will NEVER ask you to update after joining a server ONLY after launching the EXE. (With a blank background)

 

If you feel like you are afraid of making a mistake, backup the data you have onto a external hard drive and make a recovery point, how ever victims have reported that the registry will be corrupted involving automatic repair or even reinstallation of windows. Stay safe, if you are uncertain about it ask me before joining a teamspeak server.

Yea a close friend of mine had his computer destroyed, also Teamspeak 3 has already received so many issues related to this they had to officially put out a warning (log in teamspeak look at the very bottom part it will say "News : etc "

 

i use several TS3 server since i play few FPS game .

It's not something new, baits like this have existed for a few years on TS now.
