i have 100+/- Mb/s and upload 70+ (Fastweb Fiber Optic ) , bad as hell

I experienced something like this on a Chicago server a few days ago: Everyone on the server had their ping go up to 500+ for a few seconds.

I was playing on the Amsterdam servers yesterday, had a good ping of 40ms-ish, but was experiencing big lag spikes whenever I was boosting around or duelling at close quarters with some players. I expect this kind of issue on west coast USA servers, not on 'local' servers.

I'd suggest that Reloaded cull off all the unused servers ( that's 90% of them at the moment... ), like most of the Asia, South America and Oceanic servers, and put the money into smaller number of better servers- such as more East Coast USA servers and UK servers. Many people say the old Amazon(?) servers were bad, but I disagree- they felt far more responsive than a lot of the servers we have at the moment....

Although from a contractual point of view that's probably more complicated than it seems at first hand; but yes.. Saving and redestributing some assets is always good idea. Not my biz though, so I better zip,,

 

One thing I like to see in the game is some dew servers ubicated in France too; let's say in Paris

Today I got an email asking for feedback on my last support ticket I submitted (2 months ago): The crappy performance of the EU servers.

I noticed the ticket was marked as solved.

well, you never said you were having better ping in there; so my apologies if I seemed unpolite anyhow

 

From the top of my mind, I can remember the same -good performance- in several USA servers too. Although my ping was +180 the overall connectivity performance was very good

I just wanted to share an observation:

 

Last night I decided to check out the server situation. I really miss Hawken.

Around 7:00 PM GMT I had a ping of 60 to Frankfurt. Rubberbanding and lag as hell.

Around 3:00 AM I was really in the mood for another round of Hawken, as I haven't played in weeks. So, I found a match, and despite the servers crashing at least two times in a 3 hour period I had the most lag free matches in months AND a ping of 32-40 to Frankfurt and Amsterdam.

The issues aren't solved despite the ticket has been marked as solved. Bad performance still remain
