Good day my fellow pilots.

 

Just wanted to get some opinions on an idea I had.

 

If any of you have played Blacklight: Retribution, you'll know that you're able to have a pre-set title, some you can unlock from doing certain things or playing for a certain amount of time. (or just coughing up cash)

 

Now I know a lot of people have sunk hundreds, even thousands of hours into the game, and aside from sheer skill and stomping capability, what have you got to show from it? 

 

I think there could be a set of titles awarded for time played, titles for time played in specific mechs and an assortment of other achievements such as enemies killed. Obviously to name but a few. 

 

These titles could be displayed under or beside your callsign, maybe like this;

 

 

If you think this is a good idea, please say so! If it's a total heap of trash, tell me why.

A small detail but a good idea, makes it feel more personal. Basically a kind of badge in text form?

Also new sources of income for the devs are always good suggestions I guess.

Just change your ingame name to MMRaple and be done with it. :P

i thot the achievement badges such as the  b-b-bombs away next to your name already served the purpose.

You have to play SS or Reaper?

 

Both. It doesn't matter. They just have to be actual kills in scoped mode with the sabot, or any other weapon.

I def like the idea of mech names showing up on screen, an alternative that would be kinda interesting is if the pilots name was replaced by the mech name O_O
