Missing statistics case for multiple mechs in your garage:

 

Happened to me today. Got in the game, checked my stats and noticed how many of my duplicated mechs and also some of my main mechs had no statistics nor their correct rank (everything was zero; thus rank and stats) for no apparent reason.

 

Solution I've found and which may save some headaches well to the pilots suffering of this situation and to the support guys as well:

 

If this happens to you then just explore a map for a while with a mech with missing stats and quit the match. Check again your pilot profile -> mech profiles and voilà. All statistics and ranks should be there again as they were before ahving the issue.

...that... that's not a solution.

 

That's the folk in the backend fixing it while you walk around doing nothing.

 

To people actually experiencing this problem and not lucking out, submit a support ticket with screenshots as this is an ongoing problem.

 

But hey, on the off chance this actually work, someone should be able to replicate it. At which point I'll concede.

for the moment, that's a solution which worked 100% prior of trying anything else which who knows if could had worked to fix the issue or not.

 

For the moment, I've not re-logged in to see if that occurs again or not. But due to the seriousness nature of the issue i consider this temporal solution to be good enough for people who may have this same issue. Many might go in panik mode at seeing something like this...
