Come on Crafty, you have been officially called out on your lies. Your online reputation is at stake here, this is just like an old school street race running for pink slips. Its run what you brung and hope its enough. Put up or shut the fuzzy bunny up.

For the record, I am really not a fan of air-dodging...Call Me Newb, Skrub, or whatever, but these are mechs, heavy, tank-like lead-and explosive-spewing mechs. They are NOT flying Machines. and the weak hover function started that way for a reason. Whose brilliant idea was it to totally upend the internal system and turn it into what it has become, i don't know, but personally I preferred the old internals system, (not sure if the points-to increase stats were implemented then as well but I did not really love or hate that), you know, where you had 3 different types of damage-reducing armor? bullets, explosions, and a little bit of both? I may be ranting, but my point is, I could not in good conscience. Support this feature being implemented. This is my personal opinion, and I have my own Ideas as to how I'd rework the entire game but that's me.
This is just a ploy to make 360-no-scope a game mechanic.
