OKAY, IT IS THE CHINESE NEW YEAR'S EVE RIGHT NOW. And it's like 15 mins away from entering the Chinese Lunar new year.
So where are these New Year cosmetics "on PC"?
If you want wait until the actual time, you have about 15 mins to do so (OR you'll be wasting the best moment to release it, even though it's not a Dragon year.).
If you decided to delay or cancel it (not surprise me at all.), where is the update note(communication)?

Hmm..still nothing, not even a response.
Interesting, it seems that c05 doesn't care about following up on this topic, I guess the future for Hawken is still dark.
