Legend says that for every time HOHO retires, there is a time that Merl starts streaming again. I stopped because my last PC crapped out on me. I have a new PC. When do you want to watch a Hawken stream? Also can anyone suggest a good video editing software?

I think sometime in the evening for EU and afternoon for NA works well, like 2/3 pm EST (7/8pm GMT)

Avid Media Composer, or at least Adobe Premiere Pro C3 or C4, although C6 or CC would be better.  Its not cheap, but those are what the majority of film, TV houses and even large Youtubers commonly use for professional work on PC.

Its not something you can teach yourself by plinking around in it, video editing with timelines isn't very intuitive, and you'll be quickly overwhelmed by the sheer information overload.  You really need a high school or community college class in basic video editing to get the most or at least a decent follow along tutorial book.

The books my college instructor used to use to teach when I was a teaching assistant were the "Adobe Premiere Pro Classroom in a Book" series, they at least shipped with a DVD that had examples to use while you completed the lessons.

Legend has it, he is still retired. His ghost, unconsciously comes on and joins games, wins. Then leaves. The one streaming is his spanish bruther, JAJAJASANTARITA

I thought it was your smooth jazz radio voice, superior acting skills, and use of costumes.

your best time to stream tbh is 12:00 pm afternoon est. you will have EU/NA viewers, the bad thing is the players won't be as  challenging. Most competitive type players come later in the day towards after like 7pm EST or 10.

Honestly, when I saw that guy in the trending feed the other day, I instantly thought of you.

The better question is what do you intend to do with video editing software?

Adobe Premiere seems to be the best software out there right now(along with After Effects - they seem to go together well), as it seems to be the standard, but the way Adobe has it setup, it basically is just a "part of the bigger picture" of apps they deliver, and is subscription-based. Cutting-edge work flow and tools at a creator's disposal, but comes with a cost that I'd consider would be for someone who has a long-term plan/investment to utilize more than one app and create a variety of content, probably amongst a team.

I use Sony Vegas 13. Works with a good range of filetypes. It gets the job done, and it's not subscription-based. Using visual effects is dicey at times because it causes crashes(which may deal with graphics card compatibility?). Masking functionality leaves alot to be desired, but maybe I don't use it the most concise way - also run into bugs with masking - can be tedious and pain-staking.

Just my two cents.
