No sound for Helix Repair Torch

I've noticed that the helix repair torch does not make any sound whatsoever when repairing a teammate. 

 

In the secondary "damage" mode the sound works fine.

 

I've noticed this for a while now. maybe it's just for me but if anyone else notices this issue, let them know in here and I'm sure they'll address it.
