I recently became unable to launch hawken. Every time i tried it would tell me that the d3d9 device could not be created and that the desktop is locked. I need help how do i fix this.

Restart your PC. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling your GPU drivers.

 

This indicates that D3D9 was unable to initialize in some way.
