So alot has happened in the game but you should not delete a Callsign im so angry right now.

Below are Ticket details.

My callsign - devilxsid
Email - Has been provided in the ticket.
Today just like anyone else i was returning player downloaded the game and tried to login, but i was given an error in game, so i went to the website where i tried my email and password where it said no matching email!! You guys dont know how much time i have spent on this game and was coming back due to PvP.
Now i have to write a ticket but i dont have a Hawken ID!!
I created the ID
Callsign - Devilxsid
Email - Has been provided in the ticket.
Including a youtube video of my game play and an old screenshot album uploaded through Imgur.
I was online a few months back too!!

Get my callsign back up i dont want any gaming excuse and i dont want to loose my xp and achievements.

So you are saying the my account is lost "devilxsid" and all more then 10 million Xp and millions of credits and everything at lvl 30 x2 every mech in the game ++modification are gone. 

My achievements are gone.

My stats are gone.

Kill streaks are gone.

What Veteran am i again now?

What have you left me with?

 

 

Please by all your means try harder to recover it!! 

 

And i am re-payed with 40000 HC and 8000 MC!! I want my account back!!

You'll need to work this out with customer support. The reason has been provided; there was a major database loss and I'll quote from your ticket, "Please let us know if you are missing anything that cannot be obtained at the moment."
