Is there anyone working on the tickets?
5 days I sent one and until now they did not respond.

I want you to look around you. Go into General Discussion and Technical Support and really look around. If you look really closely, you might be able to tell that everything's completely fuzzy bunnied.  

 

Now, I don't know what your issue is, but if it is a seriously in-depth one then chances are it's either part of something that broke that the devs are currently fixing or it is completely unrelated and, I'm very sorry about this but, the devs have other things to worry about. And if its something minor then you are probably not on the radar, sorry. 

 

Patience. Before May 15th, people had been waiting 6 months on resolutions and as soon as they had literally any spare time RLD cleared out the entire queue in a week. Priorities are unfortunately really fuzzed right now.

Welp I wanted to test hawken with my clan friends but theres no server. Don't wanna play in high ping servers. But I know devs are working on alotta stuf rn

Did you associate a Legacy account with your Steam account?

 

In the heat and emotion of the update instead of logar with my original account, I inadvertently created another account, but not with the same name as the original.
Now I can not move from the account created to log in to the original account, seen in another topic so that in this case open a ticket to solulate the problem.

Also completed a ticket 4 days ago for same thing, maybe an answer sooooon :smile:
All is well, cancelled the ticket, back to playing my old account. Nice!!
