The old forum used to have a button linking to the helpdesk in the topright of every forum page, and some additional links were added to the support section of the forums as well.

 

Now the helpdesk has gone live again it, I think it would be a good idea to reinstate these buttons on the forums.

They don't have help support right now. It's just a handful of devs answering posts about login issues and bugs that they have time to address. I've personally only seen Capnjosh, Ladytiggs, and Ashfire answering posts.

I think they should wait until they have an actual support team before giving us something. All you'd be doing until then is creating a long backlog of unanswered questions (assuming they have the system for filing tickets in place still). Right now all they have is an FAQ.
