I'm not sure this has come up. If it has, someone will let me know.

Once a good spectate system is put in, a betting system should be put in as well. One could bet both HC, and MC. You could bet on teams and/or individuals. Winner takes the pool minus 10% and a 5 HC buy in and you can only bet in a random match. If you pick your server or join via a party, you cannot bet. Thjs would eleviate much of the abuse potential. Let me know what you think.

You know what, I don't think this idea is all that bad.

It would certainly add a lot more fun to it.

It's come up a few times in the past.

 

I don't think it's a good idea.  Too much potential for abuse and there are places in the world where any type of betting, no matter the currency, is illegal.

That's why there's a buy in. One could make it a hundred. Or you would have to enter a betting match maker. You can't bet if you picked the server or joined via a party.

You know we have players as young as 13 on here! You really want 13 year old's to start having a gambling habit?
