The old forums had a link to submit help requests in the top bar to direct people to Zendesk. I think it's a good idea to re-implement that.

This is good idea, but I don't think the support desk is back up to full speed quite yet. I would hope they do add it once everything is back in place.

Yeah I spent like 5-10 min scouring the forums for support, only to be told on IRC that it's on the main page.
