Great game so far! can't wait untill the full game arrives (: i have one question though, can you maybe fix the ''Primary weapon switch'' issue_ i can't switch from submachine gun to the previous gun.

Today ping 280 in the UK region. My nornmal is 90-100 ! Where are the servers located because it is certainly not in Europe for European players.  Why Hawken is a game where ping is greater by 100%_

I believe the game credits are appearing in two places in-game, we wanted to drop that to one. (Not HAWKEN Credits!)

No! Don't check on it! I didn't like that noise. It sounded more like my mech was freezing due to some ice-weapon than glass breaking.

Hi,guys!
Nice work you have been doing so far!

Now I have a question after playing a couple days:
Is it possible to do something with matchmaking and ping_ I ask because there's a lot of south american players running around here (Brazilians, Argentinians,etc), and having to confront players having 40-20 ping values while having to play myself with 300-250 values put me in serious disadvantage in DM and TDM.

Hope you don't take this as a whining, is something I'm asking just out of curiosity.

I think it's just that there's not really any South American servers yet.

Current servers seem to be US (East and West), UK, Europe, Japan, Australia, Malaysia, and Indonesia (Unless they added more or I screwed up).

Patience is a virtue; in time they'll have more servers available worldwide.

Odd that this is in the email letting me know the game has gone to open beta.  How can I return to the battlefield when I was never allowed onto it during closed beta_  Signed up when I first heard about the game several months ago and pretty much LOST interest in it as a result.

Was never given the access to download the client so how could I have been able to even attempt to play during closed beta_  How about reading what I wrote pertaining to not being allowed_  I was able to access the forums but nothing else.

You should've contacted Support, then. If you didn't, this is also not their fault.
