Oh, it's going to be a real pain in the ass to get my poor fred free of all the ice and snow. Probably add a ice scraper countermeasure_

Hope it's a storm that gives us low visibility and malfunction of our HUD to limited basic fonctions. And that's when fog head light should be considered.
Don't forget to check your oil, believe me you don't want your launcher to jam !!

Stoked for the new map. I'm curious about their work on "natural" environments though; I see they're using speedtree, so I'd asume some sort of natural environemt(s) are in the works.

SpeedTree can be used for more than just... actual trees. As far as I know, Hawken uses it for other purposes. I cannot remember where on the forum I saw it, but someone posted a Google spreadsheet listening every relevant item in HawkenSystemSettings.ini (which handles graphics options for the most part), and SpeedTree was listed as being used for non-tree purposes.

I'd love to see an alpine-biome map, get out into nature a bit more on Illal, see how badly the Hawken virus has bunnied everything up.
