Im guessing a 7970 GPU Will do fine running this, then..

Would a nVidia 230m do it_ All other components should get the job done. (I can run Skyrim on med settings)

It might, but there is no promise of it working. Mobile graphics cards are extremely stripped down versions of regular cards, around 2/3 the power of a desktop card.

I think might be able to, but I doubt it will run on max settings.
The 7800 GTX is roughly 512mb right_ Also, your CPU should be around the 2.5Ghz range.
Those 6gbs of RAM are nice, but what OS are you running_ Is it 64bit_

So I only recently found out that I got into the beta. The only problem was I didn't have a PC (Asus Eee PC doesn't count), or a lot of money with which to buy one.
Fortunately, I found someone selling their like-new Lenovo IdeaCentre B520. So I bought it. I tried out ME3 just for fun, and it was glorious, now I'm 30% more excited aobut Hawken than I was, because I know my playing experience is going to be flat out awesome.
Not bragging, just wanted others to share in my glee.
