You just can't request one you have to be prominent in-game and on the forum to receive one. I have posted over 1000 posts and even I don't have one so we all have to wait. Not saying that you aren't prominent.

Remember that post count does not equal quality.

I knew a guy back when combat arms first started that racked up over 5000 posts in a matter of a week. Those were not quality posts and mostly were him just spamming or trolling, yet when he posted he was God in text and people would bend over backwards for him.

Note that I am not saying your posts are not of good quality, just simply stating a fact =].
