[LONEDEADWOLF]

My name i took for the reason of always beeing alone in battles in other games. So it kindda stuck in my mind. When i saw this game i wanted a name that would best represent the feeling in a mech alone in the city not knowing where the enemy is.... But hunting them down too. Then i remembered the wolf are great pack hunters so there it is.

since i got something for things like this (especially for 1 and 4) i've been using it ever since for any username. usually it's sadly been taken already, so its often --STYX--, STYX25, STYX1337 and so forth.

But also these guys. Your callsign was definitely grabbed by one of them...

I've always enjoyed Star Wars: Rogue Squadron.
So when I had to come up with a "callsign", Star Wars immediately came to mind.

Red Five is the callsign of Luke Skywalker during A New Hope and so I took it as my own.

...come to think of it, the Technician looks an awful lot like R2-D2, the astromech droid.

[Rogrym]

Rogrym is the name of my very first Pathfinder character that I've completed a campaign with. His full name was Rogrym Mushrondor a level 9 (by the time we ended) dwarf ranger who was part of a wilderness hunting unit in the dwarf military of a large dwarven capital. His main feature was being able to use customizable bolts (alchemist fire, water, acid, etc) with a large crossbow that had a 120' range.

Back in 1995 my brother and me decided to open a ISP (internet service provider). We ended up with 5 cities. I was already a gamer by that time and people were adapting nicknames or what we call handles. I thought that being on the leading group of opening a ISP was a pretty innovative idea. Not a lot of them then. I got to playing with ways of using letters to spell things and came up with Nov8tr. It is pronounced INNOVATOR. I started using it in games in 1995 and then on the web in games. Since then thousands of people have copied my handle. There was even a guy who named his race car after it about 10 years ago. Even if I have many names in games, one of them is always Nov8tr.

I did another funny one about 10 years ago. I made up a handle I used in Freelancer and EVE online. It was PeaceOutDude. But everyone called me POD. Those of you who remember POD was a band then and a Pod was what someone ended up in if someone killed them. So it was a play on several words/ideas. Oh and for those of you who fight me in game now know me as the 60 yr old f a r t, lol. Old f a r t is in the house! grin.
