Seeing how EOC is used, I fail to see how increasing or decreasing ROF will have any significant effect on the weapon's firepower.
remind me again, what justification does it have for doing more than 100 damage per volley as a primary weapon_

who said anything about that_ The person I quoted asked if they changed the RoF, because the gun felt like it took longer to fire to him. I told him it was not changed AFAIK. I'm wondering where you got any discussion on the balance of the weapon out of that.

Thanks. I just felt it was slower when charging and firing it.
